More than 9,000 Kentuckians a year earn a GED, and it's accepted as equal to a high school diploma by almost all companies and colleges in the country.

More than 60 percent of GED test-takers intend to further their education. Passing the GED with an average score of 500, ranks you in the top 50% and lets colleges know you have the skills and knowledge to succeed.
